Please note: If our team is unable to answer right away, it may be due to attending to immediate duties, such as first aid or assisting a child. Your patience is greatly appreciated as the safety and well-being of the children remain our top priority.
This contact number operates during Holiday Camp Hours 9am-3pm. Please only contact this number for the following reasons in the event of an emergency or any last-minute changes to your child’s collections arrangements. Please note – this phone is used for business purposes only.

Sign-In & Safety
Parents/Guardians must sign in their child with a Fiesta staff member upon drop-off to ensure your child is on our register and we have all the necessary information.
For collection, if someone else is picking up your child, please ensure their details are updated in your Magic Booking account or inform a staff member during check-in. For safety reasons, we will only release children to authorised individuals.
What To Bring
• Water bottle, snack, and packed lunch*
*Please do not pack nuts or anything that contains nuts in your child’s packed lunch or snack
• Footwear: Adequate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities i.e. Trainers and wellies (No sandals or crocs)
• Clothing: Weather appropriate, comfortable clothing
• Required medication e.g. inhalers
*Medication – If your child requires medication (e.g., inhalers, Epi-pens), please hand it to a Fiesta staff member during check-in. All medication must be clearly labelled and up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child without their required medication. If your child needs prescribed medication during camp, please contact us in advance to complete a consent form or request one on arrival. Only doctor-prescribed medication labelled with your child’s name can be administered.
What Not To Bring
• Nuts or food items that contain nuts e.g. nutella, peanut butter, nutty cereal bars, etc)
• Food containing sesame e.g. hummus
• Whole grapes – must be chopped in half
• Tablets, Phones or Electronic Devices
• Toys
Who Can Attend
• Camp only available to children that attend Polebrook C E Primary School
• Children aged 5 to 11: Eligible for Extended, Standard, Full or Half Day sessions.
• 4-year-olds in Reception: Only eligible for Half a day sessions (in line with Ofsted regulations).
• Currently not accepting nursery-aged children.
