WHO ARE WE?
Fiesta Sports Coaching is based in the East Midlands and are specialist providers of Primary and Secondary school Physical Education, extra-curricular activities including before and after school clubs, school wraparound services, staff upskilling and holiday camps.
We are focused on the enrichment and development of young people between the ages of 4 and 18 years. One of our key aims is to foster a genuine life-long enjoyment of physical activity in all individuals, equipping children with an experience of sport and physical activity that will shape their adult lives, health and experiences.
OUR STAFF
All our employees are DBS checked and have a real passion for providing enriching, enjoyable experiences for the children they work with. Preparation and progression are buzz words for Fiesta staff; they arrive at every session equipped with the equipment they need, an energising personality and the belief that they will make a difference. Our staff are regularly trained in how to tailor their delivery into a course of progression for pupils, and there’s a strong focus on building resilience and respect through the implementation of curriculum subjects and goal attainment.
Fiesta Sports Coaching has full Public Liability Insurance as a Limited Company. We work tirelessly to ensure our staff receive regular CPD and training that keep their skills and knowledge at the very forefront of the latest delivery developments and practices. Our employees have or are working towards a Paediatric first aid qualification. We encourage all team members to continuously develop, including in management, customer service and marketing skills.
THE TEAM
Our team is made up of too many people to name! But everyone has a value and place of authority and respect at Fiesta. Staff are regularly offered CPD and refresher training/new training to further compliment their existing qualifications, and their career aspirations.
Fiesta Sports Coaching was founded by Vicky Gallagher and John Mulholland, who are the Company Directors. These two individuals had a vision of a sports coaching company that could make genuine change to children’s lives, and that’s what they’ve built.
John and Vicky work closely with Operational Manager Georgia Coulson to ensure the smooth running of Fiesta, and to make sure the whole team are supported and encouraged to develop their careers in an exciting and personalised way!
OUR LOCATIONS
Fiesta currently works at many different schools across the East Midlands, but we are also expanding into new towns and schools within the region! Currently we work in Kettering, Desborough, Corby, Rothwell, Market Harborough, Uppingham and Naseby.
