No sessions on 21st Dec 2024 nor 28th December 2024 due to Xmas.
Mini Soccer at Uppingham has been running since 2007
This group is for players aged 6 and 7s. Our football programme for girls and boys is suitable for the first experiences of the game as well as youngsters wishing to advance their skills. This is a real opportunity for youngsters to get involved in sport and to make new friends too. The sessions are led by John Mulholland, a fully qualified UEFA B coach and fully DBS checked, along with a team of great supporting coaches.
The programme is based on fun and enjoyment. Mini Soccer teaches the basic techniques of the game through fun games in a friendly and safe environment. The mini soccer course lasts for seven 1 hour sessions and costs 5.95 pounds. The sessions are on Saturdays at on the MUGA at Leighfield.
Requirements:
KIT NEEDED
PLease wrap up warm and bring a coat, gloves and hat
Our sessions take place outdoors on the MUGA at Leighfield Primary School
Players need the following Rain jacket, shin pads, dimpled Astro trainers or moulded studs.
Re-fillable water bottle, warm clothing, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, hat, gloves, jumper in winter.
