Important Drop-Off & Parking Information
Drop-Off & Collection Point: Front of the school
At the request of the school, parents are not permitted to use the school car park for drop-off or collection. The school requires full and clear access to the car park at all times, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this request.
Please Park outside the school grounds and access the camp via Gate Two. From there:
- Follow the designated footpath
- Use the provided pedestrian crossing
- Our team will be ready to welcome your child at the main camp drop-off gate
Do not walk through or around the school car park — this is a specific instruction from the school for everyone’s safety.

Sign-In & Safety
Parents/Guardians must sign in their child with a Fiesta staff member upon drop-off to ensure your child is on our register and we have all the necessary information.
For collection, if someone else is picking up your child, please ensure their details are updated in your Magic Booking account or inform a staff member during check-in. For safety reasons, we will only release children to authorised individuals.
Who Can Attend:
• Camp available to children that attend any school.
• Children aged 5 to 11: Eligible for Extended, Standard, Full or Half Day sessions
• 4-year-olds in Reception: Only eligible for Half a day sessions (in line with Ofsted regulations).
• Currently not accepting nursery-aged children.
What To Bring
• Water bottle, snack, and packed lunch*
*Please do not pack nuts or anything that contains nuts in your child’s packed lunch or snack
• Footwear: Adequate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities i.e. Trainers and wellies (No sandals or crocs)
• Clothing: Weather appropriate, comfortable clothing
• Required medication e.g. inhalers
*Medication – If your child requires medication (e.g., inhalers, Epi-pens), please hand it to a Fiesta staff member during check-in. All medication must be clearly labelled and up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child without their required medication. If your child needs prescribed medication during camp, please contact us in advance to complete a consent form or request one on arrival. Only doctor-prescribed medication labelled with your child’s name can be administered.
What Not To Bring
• Nuts or food items that contain nuts e.g. nutella, peanut butter, nutty cereal bars, etc)
• Food containing sesame e.g. hummus
• Whole grapes – must be chopped in half
• Tablets, Phones or Electronic Devices
• Toys

Early Bird Pricing
We offer Early Bird prices on our camps for families who book in advance. These discounted rates are available until a set date, which is outlined for each individual camp and communicated via our emails, social media, and flyers. Once the Early Bird deadline has passed, prices will revert to our standard rates.
Early Bird Rates:
Standard Day (8:45am – 3:30pm): £19.50
Extended Day (8:45am – 5:00pm): £27.50
Full Day (8:00am – 5:45pm): £31.00
Half Day:
– Morning (8:00am – 12:00pm): £14
– Afternoon (1:00pm – 5:00pm): £14
Early Drop-Off (8:00am – 8:45am): £3.00
Late Collection (5:00pm – 5:45pm): £3.00
Please note: Early Bird pricing is only available until the advertised deadline for each camp, so we recommend booking early to secure the best value.
Standard Rates:

Four-year-olds may only attend Camps for a maximum of four hours per day
Discounts:
Siblings: 2 Children: 5%, 3 Children: 7.50%, 4+ Children: 10%
