FIESTA DE FUTBOL
Our Football Camps are run under our brand ‘Fiesta de Futbol’. What is Fiesta de Futbol? Simply a “festival of football”- celebrating the best of Spanish football and recognising the coaching techniques of top Spanish clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Fiesta de Futbol is a new technique driven football course focusing on the sorts of skills, tricks and mastery of the ball that makes the current Spain International Team so good to watch. We deliver specialist sessions adapted from what the Europe’s top clubs such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City are doing. We focus on young players between 5-11 years old as this is the key age when life long technical skills can be best learned and developed.
Our tried and tested camps focus on individual skills, tricks and short passing. All coaches are fully DBS checked, insured and FA qualified.
AGE GROUPS, COSTS AND EQUIPMENT
Our camps cater for players between the ages of 5 and 11 years old (boys and girls). We do recommend that players are footballers who enjoy the game and who have played before.
Each player will receive a log book with activities to complete at home and a record of what they’ve done on the camp.
Sessions take place at Uppingham Community College, the Kibworth School and Hampton Gardens School in Peterborough. We have use of indoor sports hall and outdoor astroturf at each venue. Players require outdoor trainers and shin pads. Players do not need to be playing for a team, but as this will be a fun and challenging course, it is recommended that players have some previous playing experience.
