Sessions take place outdoors and are only indoors if it is cold/wet. Players need: Rain jacket, shin pads, trainers (studded boots not required but can be worn on astro-pitch), re-fillable water bottle, warm clothing- shorts, tracksuit bottoms, hat, gloves and jumper in winter.
For Gymnastics / Dance Clubs, children should arrive in trainers. Please dress them in suitable indoor clothing such as t-shirt, leggings and hoodie to allow them to move freely in an indoor space. Please remove any jewellery or watches.
Parents can now use our website to book all camps and courses. Please follow the ‘Book Online’ Section of the website and follow the drop down links. Our preferred payment provider is PayPal.
If you have successfully booked via our website, then your place is secure. You may not receive an additional email from us – so please just ensure that you turn up for the start of the course.
While it does vary from school to school, as a rule of thumb bookings can be made onto our clubs and wraparound up to an hour before the session begins! Simply add your child onto the service you desire via your magic booking page.
Our staff do lost property checks at the end of every session, but if something gets left behind, we keep it safe in the provision, or return it to the school’s lost property. You can ask our staff at the gate, and they’ll do their best to oblige.
Our magic booking session is very flexible. You can do ad-hoc bookings if you need them, or block bookings for a whole term if you know that childcare will be required.
Protected time for clubs and wraparound starts as soon as the school day finishes and doesn’t end until 4:30pm. This means that children can’t be collected before 4:30pm unless an agreement has been made prior to the session (e.g. in case of medical appointment etc.). We do protected time to ensure that activities aren’t interrupted by people leaving, it ensures a smooth transition from school to clubs.
We do our best to make sure that snacks are healthy and hearty! We give fruit to children booked on for snack as soon as they finish the school day. Later on a bigger snack is offered- from toasties, to wraps, sandwiches and crackers, there’s plenty for your child to choose from!
Yes! As an Ofsted registered company, it is possible for you to use tax-free childcare funds to pay for our services.
Sometimes it takes a few working days for our accounts department to reconcile payments with accounts (especially if you’re using a tax-free childcare account), if this happens to you, please don’t panic! You can email us at info@fiestasportscoaching.co.uk to check if payment is successful and your child’s place secured.
As per Ofsted guidelines, 4 year olds who are in Reception can do 4 hour days at our holiday camps. This is due the ratios outlined by Government policies. We can take 4 year old’s at our camps from 9am-1pm.
