Is my child’s place guaranteed after I have made my request?
No your child’s place is not guaranteed until your request has been reviewed and confirmed by a member of our team. It is for this reason we recommend all requests are made 2 weeks before the start of the event to give your child the best chance of getting a place.
How will I know when my child’s place has been guaranteed?
Once a member of our team has confirmed the validity of your voucher. A confirmation email will be sent to the email linked to your account. What if my request is denied?
If your request has been denied for any reason a member of our team will get in touch and try to resolve the issue.
